Introducing our Emporium! We have worked hard to create a truly beautiful and unique bespoke party venue for you to book for your next celebration - or if you don't have a celebration coming up, we offer very reasonable private hire rates for weekdays, so you, your little ones and friends can book in anytime during the week for a coffee, catchup and play! We are located right in the town centre of St Neots, just off the Market Square, behind the Nawab restaurant.
Whether you’re planning a big birthday bash or a simple gathering, our dedicated team is here to help you create the perfect experience. We offer a wide range of bespoke party packages that can be tailored to suit your child’s unique wishes. Plus, with our charming café serving delicious treats running on certain dates over school holidays, your little guests can recharge with yummy snacks and drinks between having fun playing with their friends in our well stocked toy area!

At Emmabelles Emporium & Events, we pride ourselves on offering the ultimate complete party packages tailored for your little ones. Our main attraction is our all-inclusive service, designed to take the stress out of planning and hosting parties. Imagine a party where every detail is taken care of – from delightful entertainment that keeps the children engaged and smiling, to beautiful decor that will transform your party into a magical wonderland, and there is even a self-serve tea and coffee station included for grown ups at no additional charge! Plus, once all of your guests have departed, you can relax assured that we will manage all of the post party the clean-up so you can head off and enjoy the rest of your day.

Important note about numbers: We can allow for a maximum of 12 children at the Emporium for parties when food is included. If you would prefer to leave out food, and the majority of parents will be dropping off & collecting at the end, for most character party options we are able to increase our limit to 20 children (for parties with over 16 children, the schedule would be adapted slightly to what is advertised below).
Enchanting Emporium Experience - Princess Parties
Our princess packages at the Emporium have been incredibly popular since we opened - they work just PERFECTLY in our Fairytale themed venue! Emmabelle's have been specialising in princess parties since 2014, and we are well known for providing only the very highest quality princess characters, with performers who are all trained to look, speak, sing and act like the princess they are portraying.
Authenticity is so important to us - so we work hard to ensure our characters look as realistic as possible, with custom made high end wigs, ballgowns matching the quality you would find in the popular theme parks and even completely bespoke accessories - from shoes to jewellery to bloomers! Pair this with a full schedule of thoughtfully designed activities and you can ensure the most perfect party for your little royal.

We just had to include this party theme at our pretty in pink venue! This exciting package includes a fun dance tutorial where the little ones can learn trendy moves just like their favourite doll. They’ll also enjoy a variety of games designed to keep them entertained and engaged throughout the day. To top it all off, we will host a fabulous fashion show, complete with a range of stylish props for the children to showcase their best Barbie-inspired outfits. Pop Star Party - transform into a Superstar!
Does your little one have dreams of being a pop star? This party will give them the chance to shine! The party will start with some pampering to ensure they really feel like the star that they are. A champagne flute of pink lemonade on arrival, sparkle makeovers for all guests, and once everyone looks the part the fun will really begin!
Your party host will teach all mini superstars a fun dance routine, each child will have the chance to take the mic to sing one of their favourite songs, then follows an awesome disco to show off their favourite dance moves, and a fun photoshoot with props in front of our fancy flower wall to finish!
This package does not include a character host as standard - however if your little one is a big Swiftie or likes to Dream Big with their favourite fashion doll, you can upgrade your package to include one of these inspirational ladies when you complete your booking form!
£230 for up to 8 children, with each additional child £7.50. Maximum of 12 children total.
Add on our Fashion Doll or Pop Star as a character host for just £75!
This package has an approximate duration of 2 hours and will allow time for a food break, if needed. Catering is not included as standard - please contact us after submitting your booking form if you would like to add a food package to your booking. You are welcome to bring your own too!
Cupcake Decorating - great for budding bakers!
Do you have a little baker in the family? We’d love for you to join us at the Emporium for a delightful cupcake decorating party! Each child will receive four scrumptious cupcakes, lovingly pre-baked by us right here on site, just waiting to be transformed. And to make it extra special, they’ll take home their lovely creations in a charming gift box, which little ones will have the chance to decorate with a variety of pens and gems.
We’ll provide everything they need to unleash their creativity and decorate the most beautiful cupcakes. Our friendly Emmabelle's host will be there to guide everyone, sharing some handy tips and tricks along the way. With a fabulous selection of sprinkles and sparkles on offer, their cakes will truly shine! Plus, each little decorator will earn a certificate to celebrate their fantastic efforts at the end. We can't wait to share some sweet fun with you!
£140 for up to 6 children, with each additional child £12, up to a maximum of 10 children.

Sparkling Fun: Magical Spa Parties for Children!
Step into a magical world of relaxation and fun with our amazing Spa Parties, specially designed for children, for a more relaxed celebration. Choose from two delightful options to create unforgettable memories.
For a small group of friends, our package includes a sparkly pink welcome drink on arrival, followed by pampering sessions where each child will enjoy mini facials, manicures and a bubbly foot spa. The excitement continues with makeovers that will have them looking and feeling fabulous, culminating in a joyful disco at the end where they can dance to their favourite tunes!
Alternatively, for two besties seeking an exclusive experience, our intimate package offers all the same pampering delights, allowing them to bond over their beautifying treatments. After their spa session, your friendly host will bring out a delicious afternoon tea to share.

Private Hire for Memorable Gatherings
Looking for the perfect venue for your special event? Look no further! Emmabelle’s Emporium provides a unique and captivating setting for smaller gatherings, and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 children and 20 adults. The Emporium is available for private hire Monday - Friday, ensuring you have the space and privacy needed for an unforgettable celebration.
Our space is also ideal for a regular group you might run, or just for having a catch up with friends in a family friendly space that is well stocked with toys, tea and coffee. Just pop us a message with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Delightful Afternoon Tea Experience
With a venue this pretty we just HAD to include this in our offerings! Indulge in our delightful afternoon teas for both children and adults, perfect for those languid afternoons with friends or family. Enjoy a selection of scrumptious sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and a variety of mini sweet treats, all served in a charming and inviting atmosphere. It's the ideal way to relax and celebrate, offering a taste of elegance and fun!
